All rates are per room and include accommodation and daily cleaning. Breakfast is provided on request.
Each room has a private bathroom with a shower. The heating is independent and can be adjusted for your comfort. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioner.
Each room is finely furnished and equipped with all comforts such as cloakroom with shower, courtesy set, handmade soaps (Le Officinali di Eleonora), slippers, linen and towels service made in Italy (Rivolta Carmignani), hairdryer, a little bottle of perfume "Profumo di Juna" and Wi-Fi.
Smoking is not allowed.
According to the last Government cleaning and safety protocols, we are making every effort to provide guests the utmost comfort with the highest quality of hygiene standards and guest services.
ROOM RATES
- DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE - BASIC ROOM: from 60 € to 75 €
- DOUBLE ROOM - BASIC ROOM : from 80 € to 95 €
- TRIPLE ROOM - BASIC RATE : from 100 € to 120 €
Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in the room with the parents (if sleeping in the room bed or in their own cradle). We can provide an additional small bed at a cost of 10 euro per day.
For children and teenagers from 4 to 14 years old the price is discounted, depending on the type of accommodation chosen. There is an additional charge for a third bed or accommodation in a nearby room.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is on request only . Before arrival, an online form will be sent to choose breakfast, which will be served at the table in the garden or in the internal spaces from 8.00 to 9.45
Breakfast rates per person:
- Continental breakfast "Bread, butter and...".": 9 € / day each
- Special breakfast " Karst's Flavours" : 18 € / day each
Special menus for particular diets, on request.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
- Arrivals from 3 p.m
- Departures before 10.00 a.m.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS AND SAFETY
All cleaning will be done in accordance with government standards.
PARKING
Park free on the square in front of the "Bunker Pub" a few steps far from our house.
